This team member is responsible for carrying out projects including installing items, such as mirrors, ironing boards/irons, as well as performing necessary routine and basic maintenance work at the Hotel. Must have a valid divers license, clear driving record, and proof of current insurance. The ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The ability to perform these operations using units of money, weight, measurement, volume, and distance. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

This team member provides a variety of services for guests during an assigned bingo session including processing sales, verifying winning bingo cards, calling, and serving food and drink items. A minimum of two (2) years guest service sales experience is preferred. Strong computer skills, concurrent with demonstrated knowledge of point of sales applications and online accounting systems is required. Strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members of the organization is required. Ability to transport trays of beverages and/or food items through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.

Counts and verifies all revenue collected from the Resort & Casino as scheduled and within established timeframes. Must be able to learn the aspects of and operate the machinery and equipment of the Count Room. Drops and verifies kiosk bill acceptors. Understands and operates “New Wave” software and equipment. The ability to perform job functions in an atmosphere where priorities and deadlines may change frequently is required. Strong computer skills, with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and online accounting systems, are required. Previous experience in cash handling is preferred. This team member serves food and beverage items to guests in assigned Resort & Casino food and beverage outlets of the Resort & Casino while adhering to policies to handle cash and make sales. The ability to obtain and maintain TIPs (Training Intervention Procedures) is required. Experience in cash handling is required and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required. Excellent guest service skills are required. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, menus, guest relations, and etiquette are required. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware are required. The ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items and special promotions are required. The ability to learn and operate a point-of-sale system to pre-check orders and close out the check is required. Native American Preference applies, all applicants welcome.
