Your Safety Matters to us

Win-River Resort & Casino is committed to keeping the resort & casino open in a responsible way, while taking into account guidance provided by our local and tribal governments. Safety remains our highest priority and we have implemented proactive strategies to protect the health and safety of our team members, guests and community.

Face Covering Update September 1, 2020

Effective September 2, 2020, the following types of face covers will no longer be approved for use by guests and team members:

  • Masks with exhalation valves or vents
  • Bandannas
  • Gaiters

Approved face face covers:

  • Have two or more layers of breathable fabric
  • Completely cover your nose and mouth and secure under your chin
  • Fit snugly against the sides of your face so there are no gaps.

Face covers that meet the above requirements are provided at both the guest and team member entrances.

Proper Face Covers

The Casino

Kai is software developed to let us know when a guest leaves a machine. We are then able to disinfect the machine before the next guest sits down.

Masks are required to enter the Casino. Should guests need a mask we will provide one for free.

We have implemented the use of non-invasive thermal scans at the entrance of the casino.

We have many sanitation stations throughout the Resort & Casino. 

All slot machines have been spaced out allowing for adequate physical distancing and plexi-glass has been added  for additional safety.

We ask that you do not gather in large groups.

The Resort & Hotel

Sanitizing protocols are used with particular attention paid to high-touch items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, water faucet handles, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, alarm clocks, luggage racks and flooring.

All linens are sanitized in a high-temperature wash.

Team members, and guests are required to wear a face covering in public areas.

Floors are marked for social distancing.

We have many sanitation stations throughout the Resort & Casino. 

High traffic areas are cleaned and sanitized often.

Food & Beverage

CreekSide and Overtime will reduce seating capacities to allow for a minimum of six feet between each seated group/party of guests.

Team members are required to wear a face cover. Guests should wear a face cover when not eating.

Masks are required to enter the the resort & casino. Should guests need a mask we will provide one for free.

Sanitizing protocols are used with particular attention paid to high-touch items including key pads, counters, tables & chairs.

Sunday Brunch will be temporarily unavailable.

We ask that you do not gather in large groups.
