Kathy Cordova

Hi! My name is Kathy. I was born and raised in Shasta County and have spent my entire life in Cottonwood, California. I’m a small-town girl with a big heart, and I’ve always loved it here. In August 2015, I started my dream job at Win-River Resort & Casino as a Players Club Representative. Shortly after that, I got the opportunity to become a Players Club Supervisor. I took on that role and loved it for the past five years. In that position, I grew guest relationships that now benefit me in my current role as a Casino Host! I have continued building on guest contacts for the last 1 ½ years, embracing not only my job title but also getting the chance to make people’s day. I absolutely love creating relationships with guests! If you are in the area, I encourage you to stop in and meet the team!

Jessica Dauphinee

My name is Jessica Dauphinee. I have worked as a Host here at Win-River Resort & Casino for the last seven years. I am from the Redding area, where I currently live with my husband and son. I enjoy helping people and making them smile. I started my career in the gaming industry in 2000, working for Win-River Resort & Casino in the Bingo department. I remained in that department for several years, attaining the position of the main banker. Then wanting to explore other casino areas, I moved to the Marketing department. My first job there was as a Players Club rep getting to know many of our long-term players and later becoming a supervisor. Some of my hobbies include dining in my favorite restaurants and going to the movies.
