Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Win-River Resort & Casino Mobile Application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you are not allowed to use the App.


Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this App, in compliance with California gaming regulations. By using the App, you certify that you meet this age requirement.


App Functionality

The App is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Features include, but are not limited to:

– Viewing current promotions and offers

– Accessing River Club account information (including point balances)

– Locating amenities and services at Win-River Resort & Casino

– Receiving push notifications about events, updates, and/or offers


River Club Account Access

To access personalized features (such as point balances), you may need to log in with your River Club account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

Win-River Resort & Casino is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account and you hold harmless Win-River Resort & Casino for any claims for damages resulting from your use of the App and/or downloading the App to any device.


Prohibited Use

You agree that the App shall not be used for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. Any activity that violates Tribal, local, state, national, or international laws, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or distribution of prohibited content, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access to the App and potential legal action in the Redding Rancheria Tribal Court.

Promotions and Offers

All promotions and offers displayed in the App are subject to change without notice and may be subject to additional terms and eligibility requirements. See River Club for complete rules and details.

Win-River Resort & Casino reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion listed in the App at any time.


Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep all information in the App accurate and up to date, we do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Users are encouraged to verify promotional details in person or by calling the casino.


Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Win-River Resort & Casino or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.


Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our winriver.com/privacy-policy-2/. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

This includes data such as device identifiers, location information (if you opt in), River Club usage, and App engagement metrics, used to improve the guest experience and deliver personalized content.


Push Notifications

By installing the App, you may receive push notifications regarding promotions, offers, and updates. You can manage your notification preferences in your device settings at any time.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Win-River Resort & Casino will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
– Use or inability to use the App
– Unauthorized access to your River Club account
– Errors or inaccuracies in promotional content


Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed inappropriate or harmful.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the ‘Effective Date’ at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

The Terms of this Agreement shall be construed and shall be governed in accordance with and pursuant to the laws of the Redding Rancheria.
