Yes, the Casino floor is open 24/7
Is there Valet parking?
Yes, Valet parking is available: Wednesday – Thursday 2pm to 11pm Friday – Saturday 2pm to 2am Closed Sunday – Tuesday.
Are there any restaurants?
Yes, we have a casual restaurant, Seasons.
When are the restaurants open?

Does Win-River allow smoking in doors?
Yes, we allow smoking on the casino floor. Our restaurants and hotel are non-smoking. We also have a non-smoking slot machine section.
Are sodas free?
Yes, sodas are free. Just ask a cocktail server to get you your beverage of choice.
Is alcohol free while playing?
No. Federal law prohibits us from serving free alcohol beverages.
How many slot machines does Win-River Resort & Casino have?
It varies. We usually have between 450 – 550 slot machines on the casino floor at any given time.

Swipe 2 Win is our biggest promotion that we run all year. We also have hot seat drawing, giveaways, and more.
How do I participate in a slot promotion?
First sign up for a River Club Card if you do not have one. Next join us during our slot promotions while playing with your River Club Card.

Thursday – Sunday until the last game breaks.

What is a Hot Seat Drawing?
Guests playing with their River Club Cards during a Hot Seat drawing have a chance at Free Play, Cash or other prizes.
How do Hot Seat Drawings work?
Hot seat drawings are randomized through our systems and we pull winners by using their River Club Card. Winners for these drawings must be actively playing on the Table Games or slot machines with their River Club Card.
What are the benefits of participating in promotions?
You have an extra chance to win cash, free play, and more.
How often does Win-River resort & Casino have special promotions?
We always have at least one promotion running though often we have many more fun promotions for our guests.
What is a Swipe 2 Win (S2W) drawing?
Swipe 2 Win drawings are our main monthly promotions. Guests earn entries into weekly drawings for prizes like free slot play, cash, trips, RV’s, boats, cars ext. View the current S2W Promotions.
How do I earn entries for the S2W Drawings?
Guests may swipe their free river club card daily and play the promotion to win prizes that may include 1, 5, or 10 entries. Using your River Club Card on your favorite slot machines or table games can also earn you entries – 200 points earned gets you an entry. Also, look out for our multiplier days where 200 points gets you 4x entries. And playing a few hours before the drawings will earn you 4X entries as well.
When do entries expire?
Entries expire after the final drawing of the week. Some promotions may use all entries earned during the promotion for final monthly drawings.
Do I have to be present to win?
Yes. You must be present to win any promotion or drawing. You must have a River Club card to be eligible and have a valid ID to claim a prize.
How do I know my entries are included?
Guest check-in for drawings 1 hour before the first drawing to the start time of the final drawing of the evening. Guest check-in at the Promotions kiosk and active their entries under the promotions tab. Guests may also check-in and active their entries at the River Club or the Promotions Drawing Area.
When boats, cars, trips, RV Etc. are won can I get cash instead?
The dealerships or agencies will contact winners to set up a time for final paperwork, licensing, and taxes. Some dealerships may offer a cash-back option, but this is up to the individual dealerships.
How long do promotions last?
Most promotions last for a month or two. Hours vary based on promotions. Please see the official rules for individual promotion dates and times.
How long is free play good won at promotions good for?
Free slot play will expire the following day at 11:50pm. All free play valued at $100 or more will be good for one week.

What are Seasons hours?
Seasons is currently open Thursdays Sunday – 6am – 9pm | Friday & Saturday 6am – 10pm
Are children welcome in Seasons?
Yes, children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult.
How many bars do you have?
We have 3 full bars. Overtime Lounge offers bar top slots weekly comedy & local music events. CreekSide offers a full bar, specialty drinks, and bar top slots. Seasons also has a full bar that is open when Seasons is open.
Do you serve alcohol 24/7?
No, we are regulated by the state of California to serve alcohol between 6 AM and 1:30 AM.
Is alcohol Free?
No we are under guidance by California law not to offer free alcohol.
